One of the newest additions to Victoria Harbour, Bamboo and Pine is dedicated to bringing fresh and delicious Japanese fare to the local community.
Bamboo and Pine is managed by two Melbourne University Engineering graduates who decided the corporate world was not for them and they'd prefer to lend their hand at hospitality.
The new head chef at Bamboo and Pine was previously executive chef at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an, so expect only the best.
If you are after a late afternoon lunch deal, Bamboo and Pine offer 2 for 1 sushi after 2.30pm. Their sushi is made from Australian grown Koshihikari (one of the best rice in the world), DAIWA premixed Japanese sushi vinegar, DAIWA gold seaweed and fresh fish delivered daily.
