Get your tickets to the Winter Glow Festival

28 June 2017

If you’re usually a fan of hibernation, the City of Melbourne is giving you a reason to get out of the house this winter with the Docklands Winter Glow Festival. From 28th June to the 22nd July, you can take part in a series of events that are sure to be a feast for the ears, eyes and of course, stomach. Here’s a taste of some of the events taking place in Victoria Harbour.

  1. Progressive dinners
Choosing a restaurant for dinner can be a daunting task, but with progressive dinners you can get a taste of some of our favourite Victoria Harbour restaurants in one night. With three courses spread across three restaurants, you’ll get a sampling of some of the best meals in the Docklands. On 28th June you can head to Saluministi, Banoi and Tap831, while 5th July sees a feast spread across Black Cod, Watermark and Wawa Chocolatier.

  2. Talks at the Dock
The Library at the Dock is the place to be if you want to experience engaging talks on a range of topics and we’re pulling out all the stops for the Winter Glow Festival. Get your free tickets to special talks including ‘A Focus on Fashion’ with Lana Wilkinson and Melissa Singer, ‘The Future of Food’ with Ravi Presser, founding chef of Feast of Merit, and a night with Father Bob Maguire.

  3. Wonderful workshops
You might be thinking that there is nothing better in winter than a great hot chocolate, but perhaps we can do you one better with a Hot Chocolate Masterclass at our very own Wawa Chocolatier. If you’re more of a savoury person, then you can head down to Saluministi for a Porchetta making workshop. Or, get moving at an exclusive F45 workout, which is also taking place as part of the Winter Glow Festival.
