Summer on the water in the Docklands

13 December 2017

Summer is here and what better way to make the most of the warm weather than a visit to the waterfront. If you’re wanting to get out on the waves, here are four water-based activities in the Docklands this summer.

Kayaking Melbourne’s waterways

Join the team at Kayak Melbourne and explore the heart of the city with a paddle in your hands. With different tours to help you see the sights – day or night - there’s something for everybody to enjoy with this activity.

Become part of a boating team

If you’re wanting to get out on the water for some exercise and fun as part of a team, then you’ll love the Melbourne Dragon Boat clubs. Enquire about joining a team, such as the Melbourne Flames Dragon Boat Club based here in Victoria Harbour, or simply become part of their cheering section at their next regatta.
