Put fitness first with F45 Docklands

20 September 2016

Australian fitness craze F45 is a new favourite of health conscious people the world over. F45, short for Functional 45, is a workout program which consists of high-intensity 45-minute group fitness classes.

Classes are either cardio-based or strength-based, and with 365 workouts there’s no repetition and each session is unique. And because each activity is timed rather than based on the number of reps you do, everyone can work out at their own pace, keeping you motivated, challenged, and in prime position to achieve amazing results. On Saturdays they even have a live DJ on the decks while you work out!

F45 is the workout of choice for loads of Aussie athletes, including rugby league players Nate Myles, Jarryd Hayne and Willie Tonga, and it even has some celebrity supporters; Hugh Jackman used F45 to achieve those toned Wolverine abs!

Devised by Luke Istomin, Sydneysider and personal trainer to the stars, F45 has gone on to international acclaim and is popular in India, the UK, New Zealand and the US. Now there’s an F45 studio right on your very doorstep here at Victoria Harbour!

F45 Docklands is owned and run by Matt Creus, from Avalon in NSW, who operates a string of F45 studios from Sydney to LA and knows how deliver a stellar workout, each and every time.

“Not only is F45 Docklands a fun and fast-paced place to get fit, but it’s suitable for all ages and has classes throughout the day, so there’s no excuse for you not to join in!”, says Creus.

If you’re still not convinced, F45 Docklands is currently offering a free 14-day trial so you can see the benefits for yourself. Get in touch with them on 0457 738 777 or drop a line to docklandsouth@f45training.com.au to find out more about membership and corporate deals.
