We are proud to advise that construction of Concavo is due to commence this month. This is a major milestone for Victoria Harbour and one which we are very excited to announce. Sitting alongside Convesso, Concavo will complete the vision for the twin luxury residential towers along Victoria Harbour’s magnificent waterfront promenade.
Completion of the Concavo podium apartments are expected in October 2015, with the tower apartments due to follow in December 2015. We anticipate strong buyer interest to continue on the remaining apartments in Concavo as a result of this milestone, and look forward to welcoming our newest residents to Victoria Harbour upon completion.
The Victoria Harbour precinct has recently achieved a number of major milestones:
• Construction of Dock Square and Docklands Library is well underway and is set to become an active part of Victoria Harbour life in early 2014.
• Forté, the world’s tallest timber apartment building, is complete and almost fully occupied.
• An array of new cafes, restaurants and shops have opened in the surrounding Victoria Harbour precinct offering a large choice of social and dining options.
In further exciting news, Melbourne has again been awarded the world’s most Liveable City in 2013 by The Economist Intelligence Unit. This is the third year in a row the award has been bestowed upon Melbourne, reinforcing the Victorian capital’s reputation as one of the world’s leading places to live, work and invest.
In addition to all that Melbourne has to offer, residents at Convesso Concavo will also enjoy access to the shared amenities within the development via the sky bridge that will connect both towers. The residents lounge and cinema located within the Concavo tower will be complemented by the existing 25 metre pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium and treatment room within Convesso.
