5 ways to warm your insides this winter

We might have passed the halfway mark of winter but that doesn’t mean that the chills have subsided in any way. Sometimes layers just won’t do the trick and you need to find a way to warm yourself up from the inside out with hot drinks and delicious food. Whether you want to wrap your hands around a mug or get your heat from a bit of spice, there’s something on this list that is sure to satisfy your tastebuds.
