Fit Styler is offering two boot camp sessions a week designed to boost your energy levels, increase your strength, and get your body working– as it should.
When. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm-1pm.
Where. Groups meet at Docklands Park, across the road from the NAB building.
What to expect. Making the most of the idyllic Victoria Harbour amenities, no two classes are the same. Soak up the afternoon sun, breathe in the fresh air, and get your heart rate pumping. Not only will your body feel the difference but your mind will, too.
Remember. Increased energy levels will increase your ability to concentrate throughout the rest of the day. It’s time to move.
