MIFF talk comes to Victoria Harbour

28 July 2017

The Melbourne International Film Festival is a celebration of curated and ground-breaking films from around the world, with screenings taking place all over Melbourne.

This August, our own Library at the Dock will be hosting a special session of MIFF Talks – Street Artists.

Join us to celebrate the twin world-premieres of Have You Seen The Listers? and the VR experience Rone with this special event featuring an all-star line-up of street artists and creatives.

Have You Seen The Listers? is a MIFF Premiere Fund-supported documentary from award-winning filmmaker Eddie Martin. It is an up-to-the-minute snapshot of the life and creative processes of Australia’s most renowned street artist and ‘visual freedom fighter’, Anthony Lister.

A panel of speakers on the night include the internationally renowned Anthony Lister; artist and Blender Studios director Adrian Doyle; illustrator and contemporary street artist Kaff-eine; and Rone director Lester Francois.

Join us for a vibrant and stimulating conversation spanning urban art, film production, virtual reality and illustration, with a discussion focussing on street art.

The talk will be hosted  at Library at the Dock on Friday 11th August from 6pm – 7pm.

Limited tickets are available, so be sure to book yours in advance to get your MIFF fix at this exclusive Victoria Harbour event.

Ticket holders will be treated to a complimentary coffee plus a delicious salumi and cheese tasting from 5.30pm thanks to our food & film partner, Saluministi.
